@cwise3295 hello, I’m very sorry you’re unhappy w/your purchase. My measurements were from end to end of the figures on the wreath. I really wish that you had attempted to resolve the situation before you accepted the item. I would have gladly given you a refund. I didn’t receive any notifications from Posh that you were unhappy w/ your item.

Also, I have rechecked and double checked my research. You paid $36 and you are saying that the item is worth $15-$20 less which is just not true. These vintage Petits Chosen wreaths do not sell for under about $50 no matter what size they are. I am going to contact support to see if there is anything else we can do to resolve this matter. It kills me to have a person to happy with an item that is gladly take back.

Good Morning, in regards to the twig & bird mirror, there is NO way I do 50% off my items. The amount of bubble wrap, special box which costs 2.50 and Posh's 20% fee, the offer is not acceptable. I appreciate you stopping by my closet and noticed you are new. I offer 10% off 3 or more items in my closet..I also accept reasonable respectful offers only. I appreciate your time.
