I was unaware of the size issue I only had an issue in that USPS indicated an incorrect address and could not deliver the shoes. Had I known this item was received and that there was a size issue, I would work with the buyer. In this case, I would have offered and stil will offer the customer a refund oor order cancelation. Can we cancel the sale. I do not want to burden the customer with shipping. I woud rather the customer keep the shoes as well.

With regards to Emerald Boots you received today, please note the listing states size 39 US 9. This info was provided from the box, and I wear 8.5/9 am they fit me fine. Sorry, they didn't fit you. Happy Holidays!
