@aloha_cole Hello Nicole! No, unfortunately I haven't received my package yet. I did see the tracking information provided. I thought it might take an extra day to get to me since I live in an apartment complex. But, I checked with the front office and they haven't received any packages yet.

@aloha_cole So I went and checked with my local post office and they said the package made it to a "distribution hub", but never to the actual post office to be sent for delivery. So I honestly have no idea what the proper protocol is in this situation. I have filed a claim with the post office.

@aloha_cole Maybe if you file one as well it would increase the chances of it being found or maybe increase the urgency they give the case? I'm not sure. Like I don't want to be out the cost of the shirts, but I certainly don't want you to be out either! Because it seems like the post office is 100% at fault here.
