rachelx3love Hi I am relatively inexperienced with Poshmark and could not figure out any other way to contact you. I confirmed my recent purchase of the light up holiday sweater upon receiving it, in good faith that it just needed new batteries as you described - however I just purchased brand new batteries and the sweater still does not light up =( i realize you are not technically obligated at this point to do anything since i already accepted the order but wanted to reach out none the less.
