ceila1155 @janinearledge I read the instructions on the web site and it said you have 7 days to cancel, so I believe you do it on your end. I haven’t ever had to do this before. Let me know if it doesn’t work and I will try to do some more research. Once again I’m so sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you :)

janinearledge @ceila1155 It wont let me cancel... I tried to purchase this same bead from another postmark seller and as it turned out she couldnt find the bead in order to send it to me. So she canceled the purchase on her end. Hope this helps..
