yonkers1995 Goodnight Celes. I received your package and discover that the heels on the red shoes are broken-both shoes. There is no heel on one shoe. the other shoe...heel is broken in peices in the box. This damage was not disclose in your listing. I would like to send you a pic of the shoes, how I received them.

harriscooper336 @yonkers1995. the shoes wasn't broken when I shipped them and I would have never sold anything like that. No need to send pictures I trust your word and they to have been damaged in shipping. You should be able to accept the other items and say one of the items was damaged. I don't need them back. Ping posh to see how we can adjust your total. Sorry about that!

yonkers1995 @harriscooper336 Thank you for responding...the box was taped, no sign of reopening.. there are peices of hard material inside, one foot of the shoe has no heel on it. I will upload pics in my closet for you to see. You don't have to adjust the price, I will take it to the shoemaker to salvage it.

yonkers1995 @harriscooper336 I just post it..take a look at pic #2 the heel is damaged...that's the closest pic reflecting the heel. I had one of my shoe heel fell off in church once because I didn't wear it for a long time.
