They should be based on 1-Seller responsiveness 2-Shipping time and care in shipping 3- Item cleanliness 4- Accuracies of item description. So not on the item. Example here, I had nothing to do with the way Lucky Brand designed or sized the shoe. Unfortunately this is a risk we take w/ online purchases.
