cassigraf Do you have any one piece swimsuits for swim practices, and I have a swim related question but do you wear your suits under clothes while driving to your meets or practices eliminating having to change, just jump into warmups, just curious what other swimmers do and if it works.

css_11419 @cassigraf yes I do have 3 practice swimsuits at the top of my closet! And i always wear my suits under my clothes to practice because I usually don’t have time to change when I get there! If u have any other swim related questions I would be glad to answer! Hope this helped

cassigraf @css_11419 oh ok, I just started swimming so want to know what other swimmers do for there routines and what works, do you normally just drive back home in the suit after practice or meets and change/shower once there making it easier how do you prevent the seats from getting wet too.

css_11419 @cassigraf I always change and shower right after I swim but occasionally I have to leave right after practice so I just fold my towel up and lay it on the seat of my car. And the routines vary on what level u are but if u are just beginning and your teaching yourself u can i would just work on building endurance try to do 2 sets of 6 50 freestyle on 50 seconds. Try to make that interval that’s always a good workout and then when you want to make it more challenging add more 50s in each set!

cassigraf @css_11419 Isn’t it uncomfortable though after awhile or just don’t even really notice when your driving in a suit I haven’t figured out what works best for me routine wise, like tie backs for instance sometimes you’re like leaning on the knot and that kind of hurts after a while but with other brand suits i mean it’s like fine, if I had to wear one in the car like I wouldn’t mind it

css_11419 @cassigraf I personally don’t think swimsuits are uncomfortable on meet days I sometimes go the whole day wearing a swim suit but that’s just my opinion

css_11419 @cassigraf I usually don’t used lockers I just have my swim bag and set it on the bench or the ground. I have 3 jolyn practice swimsuits one is a tie back the others are fixed backs you can get a sellers discount if u purchase all 3 if ur interested! Feel free to leave an offer too! Hope I helped!
