Hi! I'm Celia. I am a full-time mommy, wife, student & work in the medical field so as you can tell I don't have much time to myself!! cramos9501 @donnastreasures thank you so much for your tips!!! It is very appreciated!! One question: how long should I hold an item for someone who requested it for a bundle? They only requested one item but have yet to add additional items. 😕

donnastreasures @cramos9501 a lot of times they hit the bundle button by mistake when they meant to hit the like button. If they specifically requested a bundle from you I give them 24 hours. If it just showed that they hit the bundle button and that was it, Poshmark keeps it on there for 15 minutes and then it drops off. The best thing you can do is contact the buyer and tell them you saw that they had started a bundle and offer them a special price or something

cramos9501 @donnastreasures Hi, there!! I have a question for you: how can one drop the shipping fee? I see it all the time when someone drops the shipping fee for "$4.95 for one hour" so I was always curious about that. Thanks!!!

donnastreasures @cramos9501 only Poshmark can drop the shipping fee. Most of the time if you drop your price on an item by 10% then Poshmark will lower the shipping fee for 1 hour and they notify everyone who liked your item

cramos9501 @donnastreasures Hi! I hope all is well! I have another question: how do you mark an item "reserved" for someone? All I see under availability is "for sale" or "not for sale". Thanks!

donnastreasures @cramos9501 You can't reserve. That only comes up for people that are building a bundle. If you're holding something for someone, in the title you can type reserved for and put their name. If you're holding it for them I don't recommend you put it not for sale. You want them to be able to pay for it when they're ready.

cramos9501 @donnastreasures oh and when I go through my likes and I noticed there were some items that I added to bundles but I never added items to bundle up. Does it automatically add them to bundles if I just like an item? I just noticed this.

donnastreasures @cramos9501 No. You have to hit the bundle button to bundle anything. A lot of people hit the bundle button when they meant to hit the like button. You can check on this by going to your likes and click on the bundle tab it'll show you if you have anything in a bundle. If you don't want it hit the X and it will delete it.
