maryloubosveld Just wanted to apologize for being SO defensive about your return request, it was the first time I’ve ever had a “case” initiated. It took seeing the two pair of sandals side by side to understand the issue with the cork in the footbed. I dont own any other of this style and I thought you were referring to the tapering of the heel. I bought these new and tried wearing them a few times and couldn’t...thought it was just me and my new knee. Makes me wonder if they ARE defective.
