celiababe2021 @tina0508 what is the policy on competing offers? Are we required to First negotiate with the first firm offer or can we allow that offer(since it's Firm) sit while we negotiate with another potential purchaser?

tina0508 @celiababe2021 There is 24hr expiration on all offers. So if you have a firm offer you can work with others to see if you can get a better offer before you accept the firm offer. Does that answer your question?
