I opened a support case asking to make sure it was actually resolved “favorably” for both you/the seller and me when i saw your comment yesterday, but haven’t heard back yet. If not, i’ll reach out again. I have my eye on a few things in your shop but PM should refund you like they said they would, too!

awaredesigns @cemorrison5 No I haven't.There's no way they're going to refund us both.They say "favorably for both" but don't mean it like that.Sellers are encouraged to settle disputes without actually opening a case, but you didn't know that.I'll message them this weekend and see what I can do.😕

cemorrison5 @awaredesigns PM got back to me on my support request about this and said “The seller has been compensated for the damage as well.” Phew, PM did want to resolve it for both of us! Do reach out to them about the case if you aren’t reimbursed, bc that’s the clarification I got from Brooke at PM.
