I'm so sorry I got the labels mixed up and someone got your purse And you are getting there's. please open a ticket with posh stating you received the wrong item and they will send u a shipping label to put on the box to send to the correct person. they will be sending u the right item. cglockz_morrow @momtoajh i have no idea how to open a ticket i buy often from posh but that's it I've never sent items I never received other packages I always had an overall good experience with posh so I'm not exactly sure what your talking about when you say open a ticket with posh
