Hello, you purchased some shoes from me, I shipped them out within two days of you placing your order but the post office hasn't shipped them out to you yet. I spoke with an agent at the post office, she told me she would find out what's going on, it may take 2-3 more business days. I truly apologize for the delay on your shoes.
