mittond @clearlywine Hi, I just had to cancel your order of the Sanctuary jacket. I am so sorry! I steam everything before an item ships to make sure it looks its best when you receive it. , but when I did this to the jacket it affected the dye in the fabric and left marks. I have never had this happen or had to cancel a sale. I am so sorry for the inconvenience.
