hshsmomx2 I purchased the Vicenze gold watch from you listed in like new condition. Wanted to let u know that the front was beautiful but I discovered the back has a dent and scratches which do not show in the pictures. Also, being listed as like new, i wrongly assumed it would come in its original box, it did not. Now I'm not comfortable giving as an intended gift. Pls advise

mandayatribe @mixandra: Hi Anda. I’m so sorry, I just saw your message. Yes, this is a silver plated and unfortunately I couldn’t find any markings or stamped of 925. I called the Brighton customer service since this piece is retired and I have no history of this beautiful necklace. I was told that there is no marking of 925 anywhere else except for letter B for Brighton. The marking for 925 can be found at the backing of the earrings but not on the necklace or it’s charms.

ecarlsen05 You do realize you still have my money right?! This seller sent me the wrong item and sent someone else my purchase. I returned the other buyers purchase immediately and have never gotten my money back nor a response letting me know the status of either the shoes that I purchased or the money that is now sitting in her account. This is terrible!

ecarlsen05 I hope you understand that I understand it was my mistake by accepting The item even though I hadn't seen it myself. But I did that for you. I wanted you to be able to have the money because I was in Canada and I was just trusting that this was all going to work out perfect. I had no way of seeing this coming and in the future I plan to do the same thing if I'm ever in that situation.
