Hello! When you counter an offer on a closet clear out day, it negates the reduced shipping and reverts to regular shipping, so your offer on the shorts is ~ $1 difference. 15 + 9.97 vs. 19 + 4.99. The shipping discount is in effect until ~ 6pm tonite:)
