gytham Hi Cesca. I mailed your box yesterday, and received a notice today that it's being returned because it was overweight. cescanoll @gytham just got here. box was damaged, ripped, everywhere & crappy tape job. the post office stamped was this way. plus no shoes. 2 bags & dress look great. what do I do next

gytham @cescanoll Im so glad that it arrived, and what was left was in good shape. The postmaster here calls me the "Tape Queen" because I tape up so well. That box went everywhere. Someone may have helped themselves to your shoes along the way, or it got squashed and they fell out. I will contact Posh right now, and keep you posted. ❤️G

gytham I think that if the two bags and dress are ok, go ahead and enjoy them. I contacted posh, hopefully they will get back to me soon. In 895 sales, this has never happened, so it's new to me too. It might help if you also go to "My purchases" and describe what has happened, my guess is there will be some kind of credit for the missing item. I'm so sorry, for both of us, that this happened!

gytham @cescanoll I know, Im so disappointed for both of us. When you look at the tracking, it's a miracle that anything arrived! I've heard these stories, but thought it would never happen to me. I guess it was bound to happen, statistically, but it's still so sad!

gytham @cescanoll Hi Cesca. I was wondering if Posh is refunding the cost of the lost shoes to you. If not, I spoke to the Postmaster and he said the box was insured for $50. You need to keep the pictures of it's condition. You can file a claim online using the tracking number and photos. I can also send you the original receipt, but I think the tracking #is all you need. Please let me know if there's anything I can do. G
