beachy107 Id like to know what you successfully said or did to finally get your poshmark order from melandeva! .i have been waiting 3 weeks now without my item being shipped..and eventually got a communication after asking, 3 days ago about them “hitting a speed bump”. Really an understatement! I am at my wits end with them too and if I really didnt want the item I would cancel! They give sellers a bad name!

cesspoolia @beachy107 hello - sorry you're having issues too! yeah I sell things online as well so usually am very patient and try not to bother sellers, but this transaction took the longest. I didn't get a response when I commented on the item initially, after 9 days - I commented a second time

cesspoolia after over 2 weeks - the second time I tagged the seller in the comment and got a response saying that they would ship the order that afternoon. Another 3 days went by with no shipment, and then finally the order was shipped.

cesspoolia @beachy107 I'd try commenting on the listing again but tagging the seller with an @ before their name, and hopefully they respond? I would just try commenting until they respond / ship your order. after I accepted the order, I left a 5 star review so that I was able to leave a "love note,"

cesspoolia @beachy107 letting other potential buyers know that it took around 2.5 weeks to ship - since only sellers can see reviews on poshmark, customers can't. Buyers can only see a sellers love notes, and I think you can only leave a love note if you give a 5 star review. I really hope that works for you and you receive the order!!

beachy107 @cesspoolia Im having the same experience... i bought a chicos top on aug 8th! ... still havent got it after asking several times when i could expect it..no communication until finally after 2 weeks ..told they would ship it asap this monday 8/25... really a frustrating experience... thanks for listening! Sorry you gad to go thru this with them too.

cesspoolia @beachy107 unfortunately there's no way to leave a public review - the seller is the only person who sees the star rating. And you can't write a love note, which is the only way to write anything publicly about the seller, unless you leave a 5 star review. you can't write anything public if its a 1 star review unfortunately

cesspoolia @beachy107 yeah I would just try tagging them in the comment and commenting until they respond! I usually try to be understanding but this must be quite a speed bump.

cesspoolia @beachy107 I would have normally never given a 5 star review on this transaction, I just decided to do it because other buyers can't see star reviews at all but they can see the love notes, its the only way to write anything public

beachy107 @cesspoolia Update.... good to know....poshmark has a policy to automatically cancel any order not sent after 21 days ...today was 21 days, and I woke to see it was cancelled by them....and so at least i got my $ back. Terrible experience tho with this seller !

cesspoolia @beachy107 glad you at least got your money back! but sorry you never got the item, that's so frustrating and confusing, especially since that seller doesn't appear to be putting their shop on hold and is continuing to sell items, I checked the comments on the sold orders from around the time I ordered and there were others experiencing the same thing.

cesspoolia @beachy107 @beachy107 Agreed! its a very strange set-up on Poshmark - would be great as a seller! haha, but sucks for buyers. Oh also, I emailed Poshmarks help center asking what I should do and they gave me a $7.00 credit - perhaps you could do that too? Best wishes for your future purchases!

I think poshmark allows a buyer to cancel an order if it hasn't shipped out in seven days, and then after 21 days of not being shipped Poshmark automatically cancels the order. I'm not sure how to prevent the cancellation after 21 days, its automatic - but after 7 days its the buyers choice to cancel, so if the 7+ day shipping time is agreeable to them it should be fine!

cesspoolia @momsmoon Yeah I'm fine with that - I think poshmark automatically cancels after 21 days of non shipment, so 21 days back from the 27th is the 7th, so I guess I couldn't buy until the 7th of this month?
