cjc318 @pretty2b Hi, I have a question if you don't mind helping me out. Someone purchased an item from me, but when I try looking at her profile it disappears as if the account isn't active. My question is should I still ship the item or not. Can I get scammed here?

pretty2b @cjc318 Forgive the delay in my response. If the message is similar to this...’Listing Not Found, please try again later’, it is probably a glitch in the system. pretty2b @cjc318 I would also like to add that regarding being scammed, Posh releases the payment to you 3 days after receipt if the buyer does not ‘Accept’ it. The buyer cannot say it wasn’t shipped as the tracking number on the postal label is proof that you did. It is of course, also scanned upon receipt. That is why staying within the boundaries Posh has established for shipping is so important. I hope this helps.

As an extra precaution, I always photograph the items as they’re packaged, any notes I’ve enclosed and a photo of the USPS ready package with a close-up of the shipping label. I do this in case there is ever a problem with the internet and I can’t pull up the information, I can always pull up my own documentation and tracking number so I could, at the very least, call the USPS for tracking information.

pretty2b @cjc318 2 of 3: I have had questionable transactions in the past and the Posh team has ALWAYS stepped in and made certain I was paid. That is why documentation is important, just in case you need to send the Posh Executives information regarding the order. In this case you also have communication with me that is kept permanently, unless you delete the listing where the comment was posted, that can also be used to show you were nervous about the transaction in the beginning.
