elaine1949 Hi, sorry you sound like you are not happy with the dress you purchased from me, Description was just what it is needs buttons replaced , clean , size 14 . Maybe you gained weight and don’t wear a size 14 now. I did not say it had tags it is not new as stated. Your rating was not called for , as it was not true. St John dress for $40. It’s a steal.
