3eyecloset We have received our very first one star review after full-time reselling for over 18 years & a local shop. We don’t claim to be perfect and Poshmark allows returns. We would have been happy to provided a refund. Next time try to reach out to seller. Most will make it right

vashonchad @3eyecloset that was my first wish. Returns with Poshmark are not always easy. Honestly I was upset and on the order page it wasn’t clear how to reach you directly. I would be happy to return and edit my review.

I don’t pretend to extort you into changing your review either. I just wanted you to know that good sellers will stand behind their item & make it right. We just have to know first

vashonchad @3eyecloset Poshmark has agreed to refund the money without doing a return. They canceled the order which I believe then canceled the review. I couldn’t find anywhere to edit it.
