klairm Hi Chraizel, I have been trying to reach you about the Paul green boots (black, size 7.5) that you sold. I purchased it but I noticed your description of the item is contradicting. Two times you say it is NEW, but then it say it was used. which one is correct? also the last 2 pictures showed that it was worn A LOT and the top part part has a lot of wear/tear marks. So, please reply to my message and provide accurate description of the item and whether it was worn or not? and the extent of use?

klairm @chraizel, Hi Chraizel, I accepted the Paul Green boots order and paid for it. However, I wanted to let you know the boots were previously used and were damaged from inside and the soles were worn. However, I did not want to go through the returns. For the future, please provide accurate description of the items you are selling. Thanks, Claire
