Several reasons—I just reduced the price yesterday; this sweater already has FREE shipping; the item is in terrific condition; and POSHMARK takes 20% of my cut, which means that if I accepted your offer I would have gotten approximately $28.00 minus $7.45 (for the free shipping I have offered) for a TOTAL of about $21.55.

Hi Chana in the case of an item being damaged I believe that is the circumstances where are you can return it please contact cash posh Mark and I will do the same or look for something in my closet the same price. If this necklace was damaged you need to call posh Mark support. I can also call them for you in the meantime. The necklace can’t be returned but if it was damaged during shipping I’m sure that UPS or posh Mark will reimburse you sellers don’t take back merchandise as I said I would be happy to take a percentage off of another pair of earrings but they would have to be purchased I can’t just give you back money.
