mikotoe Hi chana, Thank you for sending the dress out so quickly. The style is exactly what I was looking for. The only issue is that there is a small hole in the front of the dress which I would have to get repaires. I’m wondering if you would consider doing a partial refund rather than a return? thesugarpine @mikotoe Hi, I apologize about the damage to your order and thank you for notifying me about it. If you go into your account section, and then to my purchases you can click on problems/order inquiry and submit your concern with a picture. I believe you will have to return the item though to receive a refund. I will reach out to poshmark as well and see if there is anything else I can do about this. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
