Your box will have a total of 4 pieces and I can certainly include a cardigan. sofftside And I’m sorry if that sounded pushy! What I meant is if the the only small box i have happens to sell, I’ll have to ship those items. I’m off to sourcing right now but was just wondering if you wanted a cardigan and one less sweater or no flannel? I usually don’t do it this custom because it can get a little difficult but I don’t mind making the exception for you! I just need to hear back soon so I can be sure to grab the right stuff while out and about 💕

chandler__c @sofftside I would prefer an oversized cardigan (not black since I have one), two oversized sweaters, and a dark grey or dark blue toned thick flannel with no red if possible!! Thank you ❤️

chandler__c @sofftside I just got my box today because I was out of town for the holiday! I haven't had the chance to try any of the sweaters on because I was in a rush to get to work, but I did notice that they were all size mediums when I am a size small 😬 I did request smalls right?

I have smalls here but they would be fitted and the mystery box is intended to be oversized 😊 if for any reason you aren’t happy with your box, feel free to use the return feature! I put a lot of thought and effort into your box and was hoping you’d love it 🙊 I’m so sorry if I let you down!

sofftside @chandlercaffery okay i hope it turns out you like them! The cardigan is sooo soft and from Nordstrom and the sweaters are a lot of fun, cozy and oversized but i guess it’s a matter of opinion! I’m just really hoping it turns out you love them. If not, you’d have to hit the button that says “problem with my order” and go from there.

sofftside Hey. I don’t understand your rating, and i think it’s so unfair. The box was for oversized, cozy items and you had even stressed that you don’t wear fitted sweaters- you like oversized. I did so much to accommodate everything you asked for. Instead of this being a mystery box, I went shopping for you and put so much time and thought even through all of the specific requests you had. I would have rather you returned the items than given the rating you gave.
