namastamy Hi there! I’m very sorry you weren’t happy with the Lululemon pants. Certainly wasn’t trying to hide anything. I will reimburse you in full if you’ll update the negative review. I am mortified. I work hard on this site and take pride in what I sell and am not in this for the money. I just think it’s fun. I’ve contacted customer service and asked them if I can reimburse you through then or if I should just send you a check in mail. Thanks. I apologize again.

namastamy @chandlershoo hi! They just got back with me early this morning via email. They said you actually can’t undo a rating and they actually didn’t address the refund issue. Ugh. So I will just mail you a check if that’s ok with you. And do not worry about returning the item. Give away or pitch! ;). Can you please give me your address again? I don’t think I can pull it up without selling an item to you. Thanks!

Thanks so much for getting back that is so sweet of you and I want to do the right thing too I think it’s crazy that if two people want to resolve something nicely that they won’t facilitate. I submitted a case and asked to be escalated to a manager if they won’t facilitate a return - I’m happy to resolve outside Poshmark but it won’t let me post my info and leaving my address on my profile makes me a little nervous especially if I can’t delete it.. 😬

angelhoeben Your Nanette Lepore dress shows it was delivered. Because of this I can no longer see the tracking number and I don’t have it because Poshmark is the one to generate the labels. You should contact Poshmark to get that information.
