velourgallaria @chandnihelms I just checked my email and saw the same email. I’m honestly not sure why that is because I know the bag is an authentic bag. I emailed them back so I’m waiting on a response.

chandnihelms @velourgallaria hey! I just got a very vague response from the authentication team saying the authentication markers didn’t match. Wasn’t sure what that meant but if you can provide documentation to validate authenticity you can relist the item!
