msullivan2986 Hey girl you bought the VS swimsuit bottoms from me. I just wanted to tell you that I sent the wrong package, so you will have 2 pairs of yoga pants in your mail. I have contacted customer support so you can either get your money back or the bottoms sent to you. I truly apologize, and I’ll make sure I do all I can to get this resolved quickly for you.

msullivan2986 @chandraleeanne I sincerely apologize. I contacted customer support. Make sure you put there was an error was the package so it flags it to them as well. The other girl is sending back the bottoms so I can send them to you and vice versa. I read up and it says posh gives you a label to ship back. Again I apologize. I try to always make sure I don’t mix anything up, but I dropped the ball this time sending out two packages at the same time.

chandraleeanne I printed the return label, bought some packaging tape & fit in time to go to the post office to return the wrong package. Now Poshmark says I’m not even getting what I ordered just a refund??? I hope they make this right.

msullivan2986 @chandraleeanne I reached out to the girl to remind her to ship them and then I contacted Poshmark support again. She never sent the bottoms to you and now no one can get it contact with her. I apologize this happened to you. It was a simple mistake accidentally mixing up two orders. I have no idea why she didn’t send you the bottoms. You got your money back, I just wish you could have got the bottoms too. I tried to contact her but she never responded😟
