ljenkinson Hi there! I wanted to give you a heads up that I sent you the incorrect sweater. You purchased the jcrew mohair cardigan and I sent you the Zara striped sweater that was to go to a different shopper. I am so sorry!! Please file a report when you receive the sweater and send it back to me when you can. If you are still interested in the cardigan I can go ahead and mail that to you when sweater is returned. ljenkinson @channette7 hi again.... I’m so sorry to bother you about this sweater mix up again. I am wondering if you happen to still have the tracking number for the Zara sweater you shipped out. The buyer is stating she never received it yet it is marked at delivered and sales were released. It is very odd I know .... but if you have the tracking number I would appreciate it. Thanks!

channette7 @ljenkinson I’m sorry, I don’t have tracking#. I printed off the label & dropped it into the chute at USPS for pre-paid packages. FYI my post office started a terrible practice. They mark a package “delivered,” when it’s not, when it’s just in their building. So companies believe the PO is complying by their agreement. This happens to me a lot. When I see a package “delivered” but don’t have it, 99% of the time it shows up in 1-2 days. Maybe happened with the other sweater?
