chantelsimms Ok, I will certainly let you know as soon as I hear from Poshmark support. Yes, there is a return label on the package. I just tracked it & shows it will be delivered Monday, Jan. 11. You should just be able to return to sender/refuse shipment as long as you don't open it. Again, my apologies. @sherryj7

lkmitchell Hi Chantel, my name is Lori Mitchell. I am new to Posh and my purchase of the coach purse was my first. I see that the order that was accepted was just cancelled and it noted that you no longer have it. They said that my money is being refunded.Was this a mistake?
