They both have been delivered but not accepted. I have emailed poshmark twice and have no response. This is my first and hopefully last mess up. My question is. Have you ever had this happen? And what’s the best way to fix it. Thank you much any help would be better than where I’m at.

thousandlulu @mp574 Hi there. I haven’t mixed up two labels like that before but I did ship two items to the same address. Unfortunately the Posher kept the other item and didn’t return it. Hopefully Posh can email them and send them new labels to trade the items themselves. Or they will open returns and you’ll get both back.

I've been all over the Internet trying to find out what this could mean. I also sent an email last night and this afternoon to inquire why this would happen. I haven't done anything wrong.
