upscalechic_911 Hi you purchased the coach scarf. I'm trying to locate a Kinkos, Staples or Office Max or Depot to print off the shipping label. eaw628 Chantelle! I’m so sorry to hear about the zipper. I checked it before I sent it to you. I would be happy to process a return if you’d like. I’ve used Chapstick before to lubricate my purse zippers and it works well. Rub it on when the zipper is closed and open/close it several times. Please let me know if you’d like to process a return.
