mellarge Hi, sorry you are unhappy with the red shoedazzle boots, although I do stand by their description. I have contacted Poshmark and am fine with a refund, but they have stated that you needed to contact them with in 4 days of receipt of the item for a refund to be given. Again I am totally fine with giving your money back in return of the boots, maybe if you contact them as well we can get this sorted out... Thanks, Mel
