stasiboutique Hi Chantelle! I wanted to update you that I shipped ~ put your lovely Natasha Denona Ayana palette in the mail on Wed Feb 9 at around 4:30pm at my local Canada Post Mailbox across the street from where I live. Posh Guide says that it can take between 24-48 hours for the package to be scanned by Canada Post. Hopefully by Sat you will see the package start tracking. I hope this helps. Please know that it is in the mail.

stasiboutique Hi Chantelle! I’m so sorry to hear that you cancelled the order just as it’s started to Track to you now. I was not able to call Canada Post on the weekend to see why the delay (as I mailed it out on Wed Feb 9). I called Canada Post yesterday, Mon Feb 14, and the lovely Canada Post employee told me the reason was likely due to them not having picked it up since last Wed Feb 9 due to Omicron absenteeism! My street in Toronto where the mailbox is is one of the MAIN artery streets of this big city,

stasiboutique second to Yonge St., so if Canada Post can not pick up mail from that mailbox then Omicron is spreading like crazy here. She said they’d send a driver to check and if the mail hadn’t been picked up it will today (yesterday) and by the evening I will see it tracking and on its way to you. Which it finally did. So now your package is tracking to you, meaning it is on it’s way to you now. Is there any way you can reconsider the cancellation? This was a very unfortunate Canada Post Omicron situation

stasiboutique I packaged it so nicely for you and was so hoping you would enjoy it. If you don’t want to reconsider than please have the package be sent back or I can see what I’m to do on my end to get it to be sent back. Thanks so much for your understanding.
