@cvdv Hi there. The package left the post office. I went back to confirm on Friday. I have sent an email to Poshmark. They advised to wait until August 27th just Incase the package is still floating. @cvdv yes. I reached out to Poshmark. I’m just waiting for them to reply from today’s email. I believe the package might be lost. I’ll finalize everything tomorrow. I’ll try and see if I can call them but I’m worried the package might be lost. :(. So most likely will cancel. I’ll message tomorrow with final.

I shipped this package out on Monday 08/20. I bought a box at the post office, packed it and attached label. Dropped it off at the drop off and sadly the package never made it out and not to the customer.
I need to cancel order at this time and refund customer.
In the meantime, should I do a claim with you guys or the post?
