miaowza Welcome to Poshmark! It can be a little overwhelming in the beginning. Let me know if I can be of any help sorting things out. The FAQ page is a great resource. Sometimes you just need a quickie question answered by a fellow posher though. All the best!

charissadantas @miaowza Hi, I do have a question. I'm trying to order mail boxes from USPS and can't seem to figure out which one to get. I know it's a regular priority mail box but it's super confusing. Is it the medium flat rate box ??

miaowza @charissadantas great question. No, you want to avoid the flat rate materials at all costs. They'll get you into trouble. You want the plain ones that just say "mailing box". I use the tyvek envelopes a lot for clothes, not great for shoes though.

miaowza @charissadantas I don't even know! I recycle most of my boxes I use, so ones that came from things I ordered from Posh or Amazon or others. You just have to be sure to cover up the company info.

miaowza Another big tip is to make SURE to pack your boxes with loads of padding! I stuff mine to the gills with crumpled recycled magazines and catalogs, otherwise it's easy for boxes to squish and rip open en route.
