chocoreese @marcuacua poshmark says there is a process i have to go through. Even then, they will only process a refund. I have still not received the item I ordered.

chocoreese @marcuacua I will be mailing the dress back. I had to open it to send Poshmark pics. They will be giving me a refund and I will repurchase the shawl.
