@clea23 I’m messaging you bc @dwoofs2020 is selling fake skincare products. They scammed me with fake Skinceuticals. When I tried to return via posh regulations they changed their address & posh name. This is a horrible scam & needs to be stopped. Check your product also bc they could be fake. I’m in touch with posh support & trying to get my money back.

I actually had a suspicion that the items may not be genuine because I have purchased from direct R&F reps in the past and the consistency and fragrance seemed to be “off.”I hadn’t used their products for over a year, so I thought they changed or modified the product. Can you share how to report this properly? Again, I appreciate your time and for reaching out. 😊👍

@clea23 thanks for responding! The smell is what tipped me off first! The fake product was odorless. I contacted Skinceuticals as well. They have an email set up to report these products. I really wanted to believe that this seller was honest but when my return was sent back as unable to deliver I just knew it. I contacted the posh seller & shocker their page was gone. They had so many products & I think most were fake. It’s a terrible scam & really frustrating.

@clea23 @clea23 as for reporting it to posh I sent so many photos & detailed each difference. I actually bought it from the company bc I wanted to be sure. Side by side it was obvious. Posh initially accepted my return & after reaching out again I did get a refund thankfully. I will never buy beauty products from an unlicensed seller again. Skinceuticals also has a list online of who is authorized. Again, thanks for responding! I hope this helps other people avoid this issue. Best regards!

@clea23 one last thing. I think some of the reviews/ love notes were also fake. I tried to contact each buyer. Coincidentally a lot of them closed their accounts at the exact same time and date as the seller with the fake products. It’s a pretty good scam…
