redbone128 Hi I received the UGGs & from my inspection they don't appear to b authentic I looked them up & the soles are too hard & not the right color. I will take them to Dillard's & have them exam them before I ask for a refund or rate you.

cooper1962 @redbone128 I am certainly no ugg expert. I did some digging online and I think you may be right. Please ask for a full refund including the shipping. I will pay for you to send them back or you can keep them if you wish. I'm soooo sorry, they were not what I thought I purchased many years ago. My apologies!!

cooper1962 @suzannehood Hi there, Poshmark doesn't work with exchanges. Shipping can get very expensive. It usually works out better to reposh and purchase a differant pair. I'm bummed for you that they're a little to small🙃
