urstyl Hi, would you kindly share your suggestions on how to improve my packing? I noticed you gave me a 1 star. I packed items for you in tissue paper, included a FREE gift and thank you card, made it fun and festive with decorative shreds/candy, and mailed it in a box for protection when items easily fitted in an envelope. Thought I went out of my way, but I guess I was wrong. Your ideas on how YOU package would kindly be welcomed. Thanks.

2010sleeptech @urstyl I was charged an extra 10.75 on the shipping before I get pick up my package. It was labeled fragile. The post office charged me for this. This ended up being pretty expensive for me.

urstyl @2010sleeptech I called the 800 number for the USPS regarding your claim and I was told that they do not charge anything extra for a package being labeled fragile. urstyl @2010sleeptech Nevertheless, this is something that has nothing to do with how I shipped your items but with your post office. I find it truly unfair you are blaming me for what your postal charged you. I'm totally disappointed with this sale. I don't feel you were fair at all! Good luck to everyone who sales to you. 😦
