sfwife2014 @plunkettneka can you get into the settings on the watch? There’s a button in setting to unlock the phone. I didn’t do that. I own the phone so it’s not an AT&T issue

sfwife2014 @plunkettneka when you get into settings, tap on Passcode and the unlock should be on that screen. If you need the passcode that was on the watch it’s 1018

sfwife2014 @plunkettneka I just logged into Apple online with the same information I gave you and it let me in. I’m not sure what’s going on, it doesn’t make any sense to me. The watch was reset. Maybe try contacting Apple, you have my information maybe they can help because I’m at a loss
