traxeld Hi for some reason your shorts still haven’t started tracking and I dropped the off the 7 I will check with the post office by 3 if it still hasn’t started tracking sorry for this delay I will be on it to find out what going on

traxeld Hello so I went to the post office to track the shorts they said to come back tom and would be able to give me more info I’m so sorry I’ve never had this happen before I contacted Poshmark to tell them what was going on they said sometimes this happens if they don’t find it soon I will refund your money I’m hoping tom they have an answer for me I apologize for this inconvenience!!

traxeld Apparently orders got mixed up and you got a dress and someone else got your shorts I apologize for this mess I can refund you your money if you wnat to contact posh they will provide you with shipping label to return and I can resend your correct item or if you want a complete refund then tell them and they will refund it my apologize again so sorry

charity_murphy @traxeld I was trying to report this last night, but couldn't take a picture at the time. I didn't want to do anything to negatively affect your rating as accidents happen. I'm fine with sending it back and you can get me the correct item or will they send a prepaid label to go to the correct person and I can send it direct. Whatever is easier as long as I don't have to pay shipping. You tell me how to proceed so I don't impact your account.
