I’ve only listed two items this evening and I’m trying to learn the rules and how to best show my clothing because I have a TON of designer clothes that no longer fit me but are still very much in style!:). closetwhitecoat @galstyle there are a few ways to send a private offer. First, if someone adds one or more of your items to a bundle, you can send them an offer that only they can see. Alternatively, you can send a private offer to everyone who likes a particular item by using the price drop feature. You select price drop then offer to likers. This does not change the price in the actual listing, but sends all likers an offer. Let me know if this helps!

trunkles Hi Charla I just got your messages... I wasn't notified until you tagged me. Sorry about that. I'd be glad th help you if I can. 1st pricing... most people start off at 50% off the retail price then subtract from that for condition or age, or add for NWT items that are no longer available elsewhere. Pricing a little higher us normal so you have room to offer discounts or accept offers.

trunkles Your pictures are clear and good quality... try adding some keywords and descriptions in your title so your items show up online if someone searches for something specific. Try sharing by hitting "edit" "next" "list" because that will reach the general feed not just your followers. Also look up sold items like those you are selling and follow everyone that liked the sold item.

trunkles Share to as many parties as you can but also just be active following and sharing during peak times and during parties. You have nice stuff, but not a lot of it. The more stuff you have for sale, the better chance someone will find something they like (or bundle some stuff!)

trunkles So list a couple things a day if you can. Try relisting things too so they stay at the top of the fresh closets feed and the new listings by brand names. To stay in the game you should try to reciprocate share for share, follow for follow, and like for like. Always make offers to likers and those who bundle too. Participate in CCO and once you've gotten to your bottom limit pricewise it's time to relist! Let me know if any of this helps... Good luck! 😉

acharlaposhing @trunkles ok, great info & I really appreciate ur help. Curious about the closet itself— is it better to have a variety of items, for example anything from jewelry to women’s, to kids clothes or better to stick to one or maybe 2 categories like womenswear, shoes & maybe jewelry?

trunkles @galstyle I'd say have a variety! Someone might only want 1 new skirt, but they may add on a necklace, or bra, or bag just because it's there and they can get it from you without paying additional shipping. Bundles are your best friends! So list lots of things. Most people find your stuff by searching so give them lots to find!

scarletp @acharlaposhing hi and welcome!! The best advice I can give it to share Share SHARE! Share your entire closest 3-5 times a day + all the party’s, list 3-5 times a day and follow 3-5 hundred closets a day.

scarletp @acharlaposhing As far as pricing do your research know the retail price and what others are selling for and what you are willing to take for it. Remember posh is going to take 20% so figure that into it. NWTS is better in my opinion. Follow all posh rules about what you can and can’t list ( only people that follow posh rules become ambassadors and party hostess.) Becoming an ambassador and a hostess is a great hole because you gain exposure and followers and exposure + follows = sales.
