jkkct1405 @thill2020 Can you help me? I sold a purse to someone and they want a refund because she purchased another purse after she offered me. I dont know how or if I can refund it and she said she would report tia if I didnt respond. Not sure what that means either?

shedivainc @jkkct1405 First of all she cannot report it that quickly. She must submit her case to the Poshmark staff via email. But you also need to report what happened. It sounds like Buyers Remorse. The tab where it says contact PM do that and tell them what happened. She bought it with no problems but now she wants to return it. The refund will be decided by PM not her trying to bully you.

shedivainc @jkkct1405 Go to Poshmark support and click on contact Poshmark. Tell them exactly what happened and include the buyers info and how she is behaving. There is nothing wrong with the bag you sold her and that's not right. It will take 24-48 hours for PM to respond. Contact them immediately. You sold her a great bag and that's it. If there was a problem with that's different but it's not. I hope this helps. Submit your pics from the ad as proof there is nothing wrong

jkkct1405 Ya. She said she "had another offer accepted first" I dont mind refunding. Its really not that big of a deal. Just seemed weird that she would say she would report tia error to pm if she didnt get a response. I am so new to this that I have not quite learned Posh behavior yet. Lol 😜
