melezra Hi, I'm very sorry to hear about the shoe issue. That is so strange b/c I had only worn them 1 or 2x's, the only explanation I can think of is they got too dried out from being stored in my closet?!? But I will send you a VISA gift card to cover the cost and shipping charges. Hope that is ok, and I apologize again, I do not try to intentionally sell any items that aren't high quality or are defective in any way.

char_char907 @melezra oh not to worry. I still love the shoes, I still wear them. I just thought it odd. I've owned dozens of the exact shoes and I know the soles are suppose to be rubber so when I realized the right side was plastic I thought "what the heck?" and when they were discontinued I was really bummed...but happy to have found them on poshmark it's not your fault, it's probably just a manufacturer thing

The other person received hers on Wednesday.🤔I even called the USPS 800 number and it just says the package is on its way to the next facility. I am a postal employee and this is an example of bad management of service! Thanks again!😊

They can't use the hurricanes as an excuse because it was mailed on Monday and you do not live any where near those areas. Sorry for the delay. 🤔⚘
