thestylelust I saw that you had an issue with your order. I am so sorry. I honestly didn’t even think to check that the tops screwed on and off appropriately. Have you tried soaking in in boiling hot water? I’ve had luck with that trick in the past. Sometimes there is a residue from the manufacturer that seizes the top and the hot water loosens it.

thestylelust Let me know if you end up not being able to get the lid off. You paid a lot for the item and it would be a shame if it is not useable. I’m not seeing a way to do a refund because the order has been accepted, but I can send it in as a request to Poshmark or worst case scenario send you a personal check. I apologize for the inconvenience.

char7305 Tried soaking in hot water - did pry the lid off but once it cooled, the problem returned - can’t imagine soaking the bottle each time to refill it!
