trinitiblue I just saw your review Charlene My daughter gave me those shoes from her closet. She said she never wore the once I did not notice the straps had been cut If you would like to return them please let me know. I will refund your money and shipping or choose anything from my closet within $25.00 range and I’ll send it to you free of charge I sincerely apologize for the incident I should’ve of looked more carefully at them when she dropped off things from her closet at home
