er1078 @acaligirlinmn Hi Charlene! I just saw your “request for return” on the Crossbody Purse you purchased. I apologize for that. I really didn’t notice. I would’ve repaired it before selling it (I do sowing). It’s a simple repair 😔, looks like it’s in the strap (from the picture u sent). I completely understand. And again, sorry about that 😑💔
