Had you messaged me w/your concerns prior to rating & review, I would have worked w/Poshmark towards an acceptable solution to resolve this issue. Likely, PM would have sent you a pre-paid return

@ccfcali label & you would have been issued a full return. No muss, no fuss! However when you chose to provide a rating & review, you were choosing to accept the item & close out the order, This makes any kind of happy ending for either of us nearly impossible. I don’t knowingly provide false content on my page & presumably you don’t intentionally write poor reviews to sabotage business for others., so I’m going to address your concerns individually (continued)

@ccfcali The XXL is an internal practice to manage inventoryI don’t have 2XL stickers so I use the XXL to indicate a 2XL Plus. I’m sorry if there was any confusion b/c of it!

@kathym_4061, prior to the day I purchased your item I had only made one other purchase from Poshmart several months ago, so I'm fairly new at this. I wasn't aware of other options other than what the drop down gave me...to accept delivery and leave a review. Thank you for letting me know in the future to reach out and address my concerns.
I have learned an expensive lesson at the same time causing harm to you which is not my heart. For this I am truly sorry. Again, thank you for reaching out

@ccfcali If The tag provided by the manufacturer on the inside of the waistband says “2XL (2X Grande)” then it matches up w/ the size you ordered. Sizing can differ between companies, which is why a size chart was provided. The pants could have been mislabeled & can be confirmed w/the chart. If your tag has another size on the tag altogether, then I sent you the wrong size. If so, I’m sorry for the mistake & will send a replacement Pls message me if you need help finding any of this info. -Kathy
